Cy-Fi Arts Festival is a social initiative by Quick Heal Technologies in association with Maharashtra Cyber and Vishwakarma university aimed at creating cybersecurity awareness through contemporary Art. The award ceremony of the event was scheduled at Vishwakarma University on 16th November 2019.
Quick Heal Foundation, the CSR arm of Quick Heal Technologies Limited, in association with Theatre Academy and Maharashtra Cyber, recently pulled down the curtains on Cy-Fi Karandak 2018 on a memorable note. The gala event organized at Sakal Lalit Kalaghar was marked with some enthralling performances that kept audiences craving for more.
I Agree by ‘Amche Amhi’ Pune was adjudged the well-deserved winner of the competition, followed by F57 by ‘Natyasanskar’ Pune and Communication Error by ‘Swapnapurti’ Mumbai.
Present as Chief Guest for the grand finale were renowned actors Mr. Riteish Deshmukh and Mr. Jackie Shroff while prominent Marathi actors Vijay Kenkre and Anand Ingle were part of the judging panel.
The winning teams were felicitated at the hands of Dr. Kailash Katkar (MD & CEO – Quick Heal Technologies Ltd.), Mr. Sanjay Katkar (Joint MD & CTO – Quick Heal Technologies Ltd.), Sachin Pandkar, SP, Maharashtra Cyber and Prasad Purandare, President, Theatre Academy.
Also present for this gala event were renowned theatre, film and TV personalities Subodh Bhave, Shrirang Godbole, Jitendra Joshi and Saurabh Gokhale.
A press conference was organised in Pune Commissioner’s Office on 6th December, 2018 to unveil the trophy of Cy-Fi Karandak 2018. MD and CEO of Quick Heal Technologies Ltd. Dr.Kailash Katkar along with Superintendent of Police Mr.Sachin Pandkar (Maharashtra Cyber) and Mr.Prasad Purandare of Theatre Academy, discussed about the event. The one-act play competition aims to educate people about digital threats, cyber safety through the medium of entertainment.
